Occasionally you walk out after a long day at work or late gym session and the light hits everything just right. Always puts a smile on my face.
Excuse the potato photo, taken last night post CA “storms”

And then you take a look at that and you’re all “Yeah, that’s mine!”

Those days are rare...but it also happened when I was on the bridge and the left lane suddenly opened up and A/C Thunderstruck came on my playlist...oh yes....it is time to downshift and punch it.

I would never buy a car that I don’t look back at while walking away everytime I park it

Thanks! Pretty silent from your side lately, any automotive happenings or getaways in you future?

Not too much automotive wise has been happening. A recent investment has had me quite busy over the last few months.
As far as trips, the wife and I are planning on spending about 2 weeks in Washington next month and we’ll probably take a separate trip with the kids and grandkids since everyone will be done with school soon.
How have you been?

Busy is good. The Washington trip(s) sound fun, what area are you headed to? The climate and environment up there reminds me of the Boundary Waters (BWCA) area in Minnesota I frequented as a teenager.
As for me, nose to the grind at work. A quick camping trip planned in the Monterey, CA area in early June. Working on a road trip plan early fall to see Yosemite, Zion and Tahoe with my girlfriend. Kind of a “best of the west” excursion. Having resided on the west coast for almost 4 years, I feel its high time to see all it has to offer!

Sorry about not replying sooner but the last few days have been quite hectic.
Concerning Washington, we will be in Seattle for most of the trip but will also visit a few parks, especially Olympic National Park. It will be great to just get away for a bit and recharge.
That sounds splendid. All of those areas are magnificent and I have no doubt that the two of you will enjoy them immensely.
